Cumbria-based Just R has won a contract to support the London’s NHS, supporting the hiring of hundreds of overseas nurses for London NHS Trusts.
An industry leading provider of digital recruitment solutions, Just R will work with Health Education England, NHS England and London NHS Trusts to attract and hire international nurses. The UK currently has more than 40,000 nursing vacancies, 24% of which are currently in London.
CapitalNurse was established in 2015 to ensure that London has the right number of nurses, with the right skills, in the right place, focusing on attracting recruiting and retaining nurses in a variety of settings, from hospitals and community services through a range of initiatives underpinned by collaboration between London’s nurses and collective leadership action..
