Cumbrian counselling charity SAFA are pleased to announce the extension of their emotional support helpline.
The helpline is open to ANYONE in Cumbria who feels they could do with support. Whether it be a mental health problem, managing a long-term condition, major life changes, loneliness, or just general anxiety.
Whatever the problem, SAFA trained counsellors can provide 30 min slots of support and advice.
The helpline is open Monday – Friday 9am-5pm on 01229 832269.
