St Benedict’s Students Celebrate Results

Year 11 students from St Benedict’s have today celebrated their GCSE results with parents and teachers.

The results were delivered a little differently this year via e-mail, and students came into school for their Sixth Form interviews.

Mrs Jackson, Headteacher at St Benedict’s said: “I am very proud of all of our students and how they have coped during these uncertain times. They have shown great maturity and resilience, and we look forward to welcoming many of them back in September to our Sixth Form.”

“We are pleased that so many students have gained the results they needed and we wish them all the best for their futures.”

Notable results included:

Kai Savage gained 9 Grade 9’s and 1 Grade 8

Juliet Bridgman

Juliet Bridgman gained 5 Grade 9’s and 3 Grade 8’s and 3 Grade 7’s

Connor Allan gained 3 Grade 9’s and 3 Grade 8’s, 2 Grade 7’s & 1 Grade 6

Imogen Pearson gained 3 Grade 9’s , 2 Grade 8’s, 4 Grade 7’s & 1 Grade 5

Indy Warneford gained 2 Grade 9’s, 5 Grade 8’s, 2 Grade 7’s and 1 Grade 6

David Labiano gained 1 Grade 9, 6 Grade 8’s, 1 each of Grade 7, 6, 5 and 4

Hannah Stephen gained 1 Grade 9, 3 Grade 8’s, 4 Grade 7’s and 1 Grade 6

Mrs Hannan, the Head of Year 11 commented: “The current Year 11 have had a very difficult year and I am extremely proud of how they have all managed through this period. I want to wish them every success in their futures going forward.”
