Following new lines of enquiry officers are appealing for information following the theft of a dog from the Cumberland Hotel, Workington.
The dog, which is a tan and white coloured Chihuahua called Bambi, had been staying with its owner in the hotel on Station Road, during the lockdown period. The dog was reported to have been stolen on the 25th May 2020 by an unknown suspect.
Bambi is still missing.
Officers would like to appeal to anyone who may have seen Bambi, pictured, or anyone who has been offered a similar dog for sale since that time to contact us.
Anyone with information is asked to call PC 2527 on 101, or call Crimestoppers anonymously quoting log number 155 of the 27th May.
