A multi award-winning national housebuilder has launched a range of two, three and four bedroom homes in the historic market town of Wigton.

Created by Persona Homes, Woolner Brook will provide houses and bungalows that offer town centre living and excellent amenities right on the doorstep.

Priced from £136,000, the development of around 110 homes will include a range of unique house types with versatile living spaces – perfect for the new work-life balance that’s become increasingly important to buyers.

Both the houses and bungalows are available to reserve now, including three different styles of three-bedroom home, and will be ready to move into by Christmas.

Kate Patrick, Sales Manager at Persona Homes, said: “We have been blown away by the attention Persona Homes has received nationally.

“Woolner Brook will provide stunning houses that are larger and offer more space than other local developments. They have been designed to reflect modern lifestyles, with contemporary stylings, open plan living and high specifications throughout.

“Buying a brand new home comes with a host of benefits, such as greater energy efficiency, a builders warranty and a blank canvas, so you can really make it your own from the start.”

Centrally located in Cumbria, the bustling market own of Wigton has excellent road links connecting it to The Lake District, the Solway Coast and north into Scotland.

Woolner Brook, named after Wigton’s famous pink fountain and its Pre-Raphaelite sculptor Thomas Woolner, follows the same ethos that has already placed Persona Homes in the design spotlight, with larger house sizes, space for home working and bigger gardens.

Persona Homes has drawn attention across the country with its different approach to creating homes and, since being established in 2018, has developed everything from starter homes in Hull to mansion-style houses in Essex.

Like Persona Homes’ previous developments, demand for the houses is expected to be high and five homes at Woolner Brook have already sold since being launched.

Homes are at Woolner Brook are available with Help to Buy and can reserved now. The marketing suite and show home are both open, with viewings strictly by appointment only.

Persona Homes is already looking at further projects in Cumbria and two new housing developments are planned in Carlisle.
