Despite travel corridors con0nuing to close up for 2020, it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas for The Travel Team in Brampton!
Liz Beaty, Director at The Travel Team, is launching a pop-up Christmas shop to spread Christmas cheer alongside selling holidays.
Over the past seven months, the Covid-19 crisis has seen Liz and her team working 0relessly to amend holidays to next year, arrange refunds, and deal with cancella0ons as a result of the ever-changing worldwide travel bans.
This new business, named ‘Holly Days and Holidays’, hopes to bring Christmas joy to the office and the local area. The shop will run alongside the travel agency, opera0ng from the same premises on Front Street in Brampton.
Liz has sourced a wide range of quality and handmade pieces to decorate homes for Christmas including wreaths, wall hangings, trees, baubles, and many more festive delights. Fresh and customised wreaths will also be available to order in the lead up to Christmas.
Liz Beaty, director at The Travel Team, comments: “It’s been a tough year for many businesses in Cumbria, especially for those of us in travel and tourism. We have a large shop window in the centre of Brampton and I’m looking forward to bringing some Christmas spirit to the town this year.
The shop will be open through the day and also by appointment in the evenings. Many items will also be made to order, meaning the shop will be launching on 19th October 2020 to keep up with the demand for bespoke orders in advance.
