Police are investigating an incident of robbery at the McColl’s store on Harrington Road, Workington.
The offender entered the shop before 11pm last night (November 2) before reportedly pointing a knife at two staff members. The offender then left the shop with a small amount of money and tobacco heading towards Northumberland Street
The offender is described as a white male, between 5ft 7ins and 5ft 10ins and of medium / stocky build.
No injuries were reported in the incident. Enquiries are ongoing.
