With the second lockdown upon us, just a reminder that counselling charity SAFA have a free emotional support helpline – open to ANYONE within Cumbria who feels they could do with support.
Whether it be a mental health problem, managing a long-term condition, major life changes, loneliness, or just general anxiety.
Whatever the problem, SAFA trained counsellors can provide 30 min slots of support and advice. The helpline is open Monday – Friday 9am-5pm on 01229 832269.
