Police are investigating an incident that occurred between 10pm on 23rd November and 1am on 24th November, at Greystoke Park Road, Penrith.
A 40-year-old man from Carlisle, was arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, he has been released under investigation.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “No injuries were reported from the incident.
“Officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to please get in touch.”
