Officers are requesting the public’s help in locating Stephen McDowell, aged 26, from Workington.
Stephen is wanted in connection to the following offences reported to police:
- 10th October 2020, at a venue on Jane Street, Workington. Threats to kill, racially aggravated provocation of unlawful violence and common assault.
- 15th September 2020, at a petrol station in Keswick. Causing intentional distress.
- 13th September 2020. Malicious communications.
He is believed to be in the area of West Cumbria.
Stephen is described as white, with short dark brown hair, blue eyes, a dark brown thin beard, 5 ft 8 ins tall and of slim build.
Police are advising the public not to approach McDowell. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact police on 999.
Assisting a person in evading arrest is a crime. Offenders may be prosecuted.
