Workington MP Mark Jenkinson has returned to Westminster so he can vote in person for the Brexit deal.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson agreed a deal to leave the European Union and Parliament has been recalled today to allow MPs to vote on the deal.
Mr Jenkinson said: “As the member of Parliament for the Workington constituency I thought it was extremely important that I voted in person for the Brexit Deal.
“It is my job to represent my constituents in Westminster and it was right that I returned when Parliament was recalled.
“This is a very good day for Britain, and I am delighted to be voting for this deal in person.’
