A person was treated for smoke inhalation by firefighters in Whitehaven last night.
Two fire engines were sent to a property at Sneckyeat Court at around 11.55pm after they were alerted to the incident, which was caused by fumes from cooking.
Fire service personnel left the scene at 12.53am today.
