
A leading Cumbrian financial services firm has appointed a new senior operations manager.
Lynn Craig has joined David Allen Financial Services.
Lynn joins the team following 26 years working for Scottish Widows in Edinburgh.
In her previous roles she was involved in the implementation and roll out of various advice projects including a direct to customer protection offering. Lynn was also heavily involved in workplace pensions.
Having managed various customer service areas, Lynn was able to use her knowledge and skills to manage and develop the financial advice telephony service.
