Two men have been charged following an alleged assault in south Cumbria.
Police were called to Wasdale Grove in Barrow at 2.19pm on March 6.
Officers say a 38-year-old local man suffered a stab wound during the incident. He remains in a critical condition at Royal Preston Hospital.
Dean Bossio, 36, of School Street, Barrow has been charged with affray.
A 17-year-old male from Barrow has been charged with wounding with intent.
They have been remanded to appear at Barrow’s magistrates’ court today.
A 49-year-old woman, a 16-year-old male and a 38-year-old man, all from Barrow, who were arrested during the incident have been released on bail until the April 3.
