Businesses wanting to find out more about changes to trading with the European Union can take part in two online clinics.

Organised by Cumbria Local Enterprise Partnership, the next event on Wednesday, March 17 will focus on VAT and duties.

It will be held from 11am to noon and will be delivered by Mark Hetherington, international VAT specialist and partner with UNW, a leading independent firm of chartered accountants.

The following event, on Thursday, March 25, will look at origin, trading and customs.

KPMG, a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services, will be hosting the session.

Leading the conversation will be Iain Prince, associate partner, Lorenzo Rossetti, director of KPMG UK trade and customs practice, and Paul Casey, director.

The partnership has already held two online events about VAT and intellectual property, trade mark and design rights.
