A man has been charged with attempting to cause or incite a girl under the age of 13 to engage in sexual activity.
Matthew Ferguson, 38, of King Street in Workington, is due to appear before Carlisle’s magistrates’ court today.
He is accused of attempting to cause or incite a girl under-13 to engage in sexual activity, possession of a controlled drug of Class A – heroin, possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class C and assault by beating.
