A man grabbed the hand of a 14-year-old and exposed himself in a Carlisle park.
The girl had asked if the man – who was on the floor – was okay before he then grabbed here hand and exposed himself.
The incident took place near to the railway bridge in Keenan Park at about 7pm yesterday.
The man is described as white, aged in his 40s, 5ft 6ins, skinny and with dark hair. He is described as wearing a blue long-sleeved Adidas jacket and black trousers and white trainers.
