A man in his 60s is alleged to have threatened two people with a knife in a road rage incident near Ulverston.
The incident occurred on Saturday between 2pm and 2.15pm at Birkrigg Common.
Its alleged the man, described as being in his early 60s, got out of a blue Ford vehicle and was verbally abusive and threatened the two occupants of another vehicle with a knife.
Anyone with information or who witnessed the incident is encouraged to contact police on 101 quoting log number 118 of 15th May.
