They dealt with the following incidents:

  • Three juveniles were stopped after a theft from a retailer. The goods were recovered and their school were notified.
  • A male was arrested after breaching court conditions banning him from entering any retail premises in the city centre.
  • A male was stopped and stolen goods were recovered from a city centre store. The goods were returned to the retailer.
  • Three juveniles were stopped and goods recovered after they stole drink and food items. The stolen items were returned back to the retailer and the school were notified.

A spokesman for Carlisle Business Crime Awareness said: “Please keep reporting all your incidents of theft on the shop watch radio and onto disc.”
