A Cumbrian firm has been given an accolade in awards celebrating business champions.
Hawkshead Relish won an award at the inaugural Town and County Business Champions awards.
Director Jonathan Robb attended the awards lunch held in London, where he discovered the company had won through to collect the Cumbria Business Champions award, one of 23 awards presented.
The awards launched earlier this year highlight the achievements of the UK’s very best micro and small businesses and celebrate the success of the people behind those businesses, many of whom have been instrumental in continuing to keep community spirit alive in their local areas in the last 12 months.
