The Higson Cup final, between Furness and Workington, will be played at Haverigg.

But the date will depend on Cumbria’s progress in the NCA Cup final so as not to deprive either club of players.

If Cumbria can go all the way it will be played on Sunday, September 5 but if they miss-out the final will be staged on Sunday, August 8.

A number of other cup finals have also been confirmed now with the first coming up on Sunday, August 1- the Vigodny Cup final at Lindal Moor between Vickerstown and Millom 2nds.

The 17Sport1 sponsored Sowerby Cup final between Ulverston and Egremont will be played on Sunday, August 15 at Dalton and the 17Sport1 sponsored Smith Cup final between Dalton 2nds and Barrow 2nds will be played at Vickerstown on August 22.

Finally, the 17Sport1 Marsden Cup final between Kirkby and Cockermouth 2nds will be played at Egremont on Sunday, August 29.
