A prominent South Lakes dental practice has new owners.
Morgan Dental in Windermere, owned by Alistair Morgan since 1999. has been sold for an undisclosed sum to first-time buyers Dr Daniel Vitorino, Bhavika Vitorino, and Naomi Cartmell, who have over 40 years of dental experience between them.
The sale of the practice on Lake Road was handled by specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co.
Established over 48 years ago, Morgan Dental is a four-surgery mixed practice.
The new owners said they plan to rebrand and revamp the building and offer more services to the area with the aim of creating a leading practice and building on the existing brilliant team to create a wonderful working environment.
