An event is to be held aimed at raising awareness of the army reserves.
Barrow Army Reserve Open Night will take place at the Army Reserve Centre on Holker Street in the town on October 19.
Activities will include a Q&A, a weapon and military display and a virtus kit stand.
The event will take place between 7.30pm and 9.30pm.
