Second Cumbrian school announces closure due to heating issues

A second school in Cumbria has closed due to ongoing issues with heating and gas supply to the kitchen.

The Lakes School in Windermere has been shut today and is due to reopen on Wednesday.

It comes as Cumbria County Council confirmed that Burton Morewood CofE Primary School, Burton-in-Kendal, was closed this morning.
