A “swerving” HGV driver has been arrested after he was caught driving while using his mobile phone on the M6 near Carlisle.
A fellow wagon driver reported the incident to police who caught up with the driver and saw him using his phone as they passed him.
He was stopped by police and failed a roadside drug test for cannabis.
