
A Carlisle IT firm has won an award for its customer service.
Logic Business Systems has won Zen Internet’s Circle of Excellence award, outperforming over 400 other Zen partners throughout the UK for top customer service.
It is the second year in a row it has won the award.
Logic managing director John Stashkiw said: “This is a fantastic achievement which is down to the hard work and dedication of all the staff at Logic.”
Zen Internet is a broadband provider and its awards aim to recognise its partners that deliver phenomenal customer service, as rated by their own customers.
An independent survey was emailed to Logic’s customers via the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), from which the top five NPS scoring partners throughout the UK have been awarded Zen’s Circle of Excellence.
“I think this is amazing and shows that, by winning it two years running, that great customer service is part of who you are,” said Zen’s partner account manager, Mick Bolton.
Established in 1986, Logic Business Systems provides IT services, telecommunications and print solutions.
