A man was injured after an assault involving two other men and a woman in Carlisle city centre.
Police are investigating a reported assault on Victoria Viaduct on December 27 at around 6.20pm.
It involved four people.
A local man in his 30s sustained cuts and bruises from the attack.
The three other people reported as involved are described as two males and one female all dressed in dark clothing. They were all on foot.
Police are appealing for information from anyone who witnessed the incident or information regarding the people involved.
