Jewellery taken in Kendal burglary

A haul of jewellery was taken during a burglary in Kendal. Police have been informed

A haul of jewellery was taken during a burglary in Kendal.

Police are investigating a burglary at a property on Willow Drive over the weekend of December 5 and December 6.

Entry has been forced at the back of the property.

Jewellery, including a gold sovereign of a young Queen Victoria on a chain, a gold watch and a gold bracelet were taken. 

Police are appealing to anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious, or anyone who has CCTV of the area including doorbells or Hives, or anyone with information about the incident or jewellery.

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC2806 Thompson online at www.cumbria.police.uk/reportit, quoting incident number 138 of December 6. You can also call 101.

Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
