A person was rescued by firefighters after a blaze in Barrow.
Firefighters were called at about 10.25am to Ancaster Street to tackle the blaze.
They stretchered the casualty from the building and the North West Ambulance Service took them to hospital for treatment.
The fire service was at the scene for about two hours.
