Police have released an appeal today asking for witnesses to come forward after a soft drink was stolen from Kendal’s Subway store last month.
Two people, believed to be young men, entered the store and attempted to take a soft drink from a private area of the Stramongate premises at around 8.40pm on April 2.
After leaving they smashed a glass window.
Police said they were keen to know if people saw anyone in the area at the time acting in a suspicious manner with a large, heavy object in their hand.
