
A customer service guru is set to return to Cumbria to share his expertise with the county’s businesses.
Geoff Ramm has been invited back by Cumbria Business Growth Hub for an event on Thursday, June 16 from 12pm to 4.30pm at Carlisle Racecourse.
Geoff is the creator and author of Celebrity Service and OMG Marketing and an expert in using customer service to boost business.
He has challenged and inspired entrepreneurs, companies and organisations across the world to create award winning ideas, including Emirates, Warner Bros, Metlife, Specsavers and McDonalds.
The creation of Celebrity Service began many years ago at another event Geoff held for the Chamber in Cumbria.
