A new managing director has been appointed at a leading Cumbrian land and estate agency.
Mark Johnson, has been announced as MD of H&H Land & Estates, to help steer its ongoing business growth and cement its position.
Mr Johnson will lead the development, direction, and performance of H&H Land & Estates including building and executing its strategic plan. He will also be responsible for the direct day-to-day running of the business, plus strengthen the profile of the business and expand opportunities.
Born and bred in Cumbria, Mark, who now lives in Kendal, has a huge passion for the region and its diverse economy, H&H Group said.
His previous role saw him undertake the role of head of strategy and policy at Cumbria Local Enterprise Partnership. Prior to that, he was head of site for major projects at BAE Systems in Barrow.
He said: “It is a huge honour and privilege to join such a fantastic business and build on the solid foundations laid down by my predecessor. The rural sector in the North of England is strong and incredibly well positioned to ensure the continued growth of the business and the group.
