Workington and Barrow RNLI crews were called out to help tow a broken down yacht into port.
Volunteers from Barrow RNLI were towing the 12m yacht, which had one person on board, and Workington RNLI was called at about 4.20pm to have the yacht transferred at St Bees Head so it could be towed into Whitehaven harbour.
Workington RNLI towed the yacht into the harbour and arrived back at the station at 7pm.
