Nicola Cassley

A new face has joined a growing Cumbrian-based HR and business strategy firm.

Phil Collier Associates, based in south west Cumbria, has welcomed Nicola Cassley to the team, to help strengthen its support in key areas deemed crucial and relevant for SMEs – including recruitment.

Nicola will help employers with all aspects of employee recruitment and retention, from troubleshooting to talent management. She also brings much experience of handling employee mental health issues. Nicola is also ready to drive a new training division at the firm.

Nicola said: “I am delighted to officially be part of Phil Collier Associates and its future going forward. Becoming a major contributor to the company’s growth will provide me with new motivations and goals and I am excited to take on the challenge of communicating the fundamental relevance of HR and business strategy to our region’s smaller and medium-sized businesses.”

Phil Collier added: “Nicola’s expertise dovetails beautifully with my own, enabling us to offer clients a complete package of services. Prevention of issues is most definitely better than cure and, by making myself and Nicola part of their team, businesses can avoid running into trouble and having to face all the financial consequences that could result.”
