Part of the A66 is closed to high-sided vehicles between Penrith and Scotch Corner due to strong winds.
Cumbria police said the westbound carriageway was closed this morning, November 11, from A1(M) J53 Scotch Corner (Scotch Corner) to M6 J40 (Penrith, Redhills).
