Four walk-in winter booster clinics for the COVID-19 vaccine will be held across Cumbria at the start of December.
Booster jabs are available for:
- Anyone aged 50-plus
- Anyone aged 18-plus who is:
- A frontline health or social care worker
- In a clinically high-risk group
- Pregnant
- Who is, or lives with someone who has a weakened immune system
The clinics, run by the North East and North Cumbria roving vaccination team, will be held at Carlisle’s Currock Community Centre on Friday December 9 and Botcherby Community Centre on Friday December 16 between 10.30pm and 9.30pm.
They will also be held at Workington’s Oval Centre on Friday December 2 between 9am to 4pm and Workington’s St Michael’s Church on Thursday December 1 between 12pm to 6pm.
