Firefighters spent three hours tackling a kitchen blaze in Carlisle.
Three fire crews – from Carlisle East, Carlisle West and Longtown – were called at around 10.50pm on Sunday to Denton Street.
The fire involved a flat’s kitchenette and the blaze had burned through to the home below it.
