A dog was stolen in a Carlisle burglary.
A house was broken into on Cumberland Court at around 7pm yesterday, January 17.
The burglar took several items, but everything was recovered later on and a 47-year-old man from Carlisle was arrested on suspicion of burglary dwelling and theft and remains in police custody.
