A Barrow shop has been destroyed after a collision.
A vehicle has ploughed into the front of Abbey Blinds on Rawlinson Street on January 22.
A statement from the business said: “Business at Abbey Blinds will obviously be affected for a period of time, we are working on our contingency plans and diverting phone calls etc, and will let our loyal customers know of any developments. Thanking the community for their support in the coming days and weeks.”
Police closed the road from Cavendish Street to Fenton Street while it was dealing with the incident.
