Senior leaders who want to increase their capability can do so with an eight-month course.
And bursaries are available for the Leader 2 Leader programme, thanks to OneAIM, Sellafield Ltd and the Centre for Leadership Performance.
Delegates will develop their leadership skills alongside and introduced to a network they can turn to, even when the programme has been completed.
Leader 2 Leader is designed by learning and development experts who have worked as senior leaders, bringing together cutting-edge learning in leadership with real-life business experience.
