Penrith won’t be able to follow up their Regional Two North title win this afternoon.
Their game at Durham City was called off last night after the snow left the pitch unplayable.
The problem for Penrith is that their opponents now have three league matches to fit in to complete their programme.
With the previous two postponements taking priority it looks as though Penrith will be waiting until April to finish their season.
Next on the agenda, however, is the eagerly-awaited derby County Cup final with Upper Eden next Saturday at Kendal.
Carlisle held a pitch inspection this morning before they declared their penultimate League game at home to South Shields Westoe will go ahead.
Keswick’s final league game at Consett has been called off, while Aspatria travel to Middlesbrough for their penultimate game.
