Three fire crews were called to tackle a West Cumbrian house blaze caused by an electric golf trolley.
Fire engines from Maryport, Workington and Aspatria were called to the house Maryport at around 7.50am yesterday, June 5.
Crews were greeted by the owner who confirmed everyone was out of the property and an electric golf trolley had been charging overnight.

Crews extinguished the blaze using four breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets and a positive pressure fan.
Workington Fire Station said fires involving lithium ion batteries were becoming more common and issued advice for people using them.
