The search is continuing for a missing South Cumbrian woman, last seen over a week ago.
Mary Monkman, 49, left Kendal on Friday, June 16, and was last seen driving near Loch Doon in Ayrshire that Friday afternoon.
Staff who work for Lakeland Artisan, the company run by Mrs Monkman and her husband Geoff have made a heartfelt appeal for her return, which police said was completely out of character.
She was last seen around 4pm on Friday, June 16.
She is described as being around 5ft 10ins with long, wavy, auburn hair which she often wears in a bun. She wears glasses and was last seen wearing a green and white floral top and blue leggings.

Inspector Jennifer McCulloch, of Police Scotland, said: “Officers, assisted by other resources, have been carrying out extensive searches in the area of Loch Doon since Mary was reported missing. Despite these efforts and previous appeals, we have yet to trace Mary.
“This is a very difficult time for Mary’s family as it is completely out of character for her to go missing. We are continuing to search the area in which she was last seen.
“I would ask anyone who lives in the area or who was in the area on Friday, June 16, to cast their mind back and see if they remember seeing Mary or someone matching her description in the area.”
Anyone with information about Mrs Monkman’s whereabouts is asked to call Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference 2648 of Saturday, 17 June, 2023.
