
A 28-year-old man has been arrested after a ‘road-related incident’ this morning in Carlisle, police said.
The man, in a white van with damage, was arrested at around 9.15am on Blackwell Road.
He was arrested on suspicion of driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above the limit, possessing a knife blade in a public place and taking a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent. He remains in police custody.
