A man has been arrested after an incident of indecent exposure in Penrith.
The incident happened between 7.40pm and 7.55pm on August 6 in Middlegate.
A 26-year-old man from Penrith has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure in connection with the incident and released under investigation.
