A landmark Carlisle building could be yours for £350,000.
Victory House, a six-storey 27,000 sq ft building on Victoria Viaduct in Carlisle is to be auctioned this month by property auctioneer Pugh.
It has been given a guide price of £350,000 and is opposite the site of the new flagship Carlisle Citadels campus for the University of Cumbria.
Edward Feather, of Pugh, said: “This historic property has great potential for a sensitive conversion to provide accommodation for the rapidly growing numbers of students attending the University of Cumbria as it embarks on an ambitious expansion programme over the coming years.
“This is a fantastic and rare development opportunity and, subject to gaining the relevant planning consent, one that could see Victory House play an important role in the university and in the economy of the city itself.”
