A family fun day will be held at Workington Fire Station on Sunday.
The station will welcome a host of emergency services and support organisations who will showcase how they operate and what they offer the community.
Among organisations in attendance at the interactive event are HM Coastguard, Mountain Rescue Service, Wheels Of Wellness, Family Action, Autism Support Allerdale and Copeland, Groundwork North East and Cumbria, Active Cumbria, and Maryport Rescue.
Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service’s cadets will be in attendance, and there will be an opportunity to view and learn more about a fire appliance from the station’s crews.
There will also be stalls, food, live music and a bouncy castle.
Admission is free and the event runs from 10am to 3pm.
