
A pedestrian had to be airlifted to hospital after she was involved in collision with a car.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward to the incident, which happened on Duke Street, Barrow, at around 10.25am on Friday, November 24.
It was reported that a woman her 80s had been struck by an orange/red Citroën C1.
The pedestrian has bee taken to hospital via air ambulance with suspected multiple injuries.
The driver has been identified and is assisting with enquiries.
Police are keen to hear from any witnesses and/or anyone who has dashcam footage which may assist the investigation.
