National Counties Cricket Association have announced the fixtures and venues for the 2024 programme of matches in all three competitions.

Cumbria will start their T20 group against Northumberland on Sunday, April 28 at the South Northumberland club.

A week later on Sunday, May 5 they travel to Toft to take on Cheshire and follow-up the following day, Bank Holiday Monday (May 6) at Carlisle against Staffordshire.

T20 Finals Day will be held on May 26 at Chester Boughton Hall, with May 27 being the reserve day.

The One Day Trophy has seen Cumbria consistently reaching the final only to be beaten by Berkshire on each occasion.

This year’s competition starts on May 12 with a home game against Bedfordshire which will be played at Keswick.

They follow-up on June 2 with a trip to Fenners, Cambridge to take on Cambridgeshire before hosting Northumberland on June 16 at Kendal.

The final group game is at Bourne on June 23 against Lincolnshire.

If they get through the quarter final game the One Day Trophy Semi-Finals will be held on August 4, with the reserve day on the August 5.

One Day Finals will be held on August 25 at Wormsley Cricket Ground, with August 26 held as the reserve day.

The  Eastern Division Two of the NCCA Championship starts with a trip to Northumberland for the three day game scheduled for July 7-9 and will be played at Jesmond.

The first home game is against Cambridgeshire on July 14-16 but the venue has still to be confirmed.

There’s also no ground been announced for the follow-up home game with Hertfordshire (July 28-30).

Cumbria travel to Norfolk for the game on August 13-15 and which has been allocated to Manor Park, Horsford.

Furness, Barrow and Cockermouth who have hosted county games in recent years have, so far, not been allocated one for 2024.
