A full list of fixtures were played last night in the Carlisle Snooker League with some good results for teams at the top and bottom of both divisions.
Qzone maintained a four-point lead over their club rivals Inter Qzone in Division One, whilst the Rock A had their second win of the season to close the gap at the other end of the table.
Meanwhile in Division Two, both SECC C and SECC had good away wins at the top of the league as they continue their fight for the league title.
In Division One we feature the action between DH Qzone and RAOB A.
The match between Tony Desborough for Qzone against the luckless Tommy Dobson was a one-sided affair as Tony scored at almost every visit to win 54-2.
Frame two was a different story however, as Brian Sloan for the Buffs beat Jason Henderson in a black ball thriller 53-54.
Frame three was the same as well, but this time the home team came out on top when Scott Davidson potted the final black to beat Bob Sewell.
In Frame four RAOB A levelled the match score with Laurie Key beating Nigel Lewthwaite in a high scoring game 77-36.
So it was left to Tommy Sanderson and Mike Docherty to battle it out to see who took home the match win.
Once again it went to the final three colours with Tommy securing the match win (3-2) for DH Qzone from a 49-39 scoreline.
The match score finished DH Qzone 3 RAOB A 2 with Qzone securing one bonus point for winning at home.

We feature the Division Two derby in the South End Club as SECC travelled across the room to play SECC D.
The opening frame was between Scott Bowman and Harry Ruddick.
Harry used his vast experience against his younger opponent to keep his nose in front and then pot the vital last few colours to win 47-33.
In frame two Jamie Corson played really well, potting some lovely reds and high value colours to level the match score at 1-1 when he beat Stuart Telford 65-36.
Frame three had Martin Milner putting the ‘visitors’ 2-1 up on the night with a hard fought victory over Dan Blenkinsopp 55-29.
In Frame four SECC extended their lead when Mark Taylor took the honours against Archie Walker in a tense affair lasting nearly an hour.
This game was always going to be close and so it turned out, with both players having numerous chances to pot the final black to win the frame.
Eventually Mark secured it with a fine cut into a middle pocket to win the frame 57-56.
The final frame of the night was between Jack Bowman for the home team and Andy Foster for the ‘visitors’.
As with all the games on the night, the frame was close and wasn’t decided until they reached the colours.
Andy was able to come out on top on this occasion to win 50-34.
The match score finished 4-1 to SECC and they get two bonus points for winning ‘away from home’.
